The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

everybody knows this film about fights.. but what makes people engage to the movie is the cause for the fights, this movie lacks the cause.. the cause they shown is utterly logic less. fighter who believes in fight must be non emotional when it comes to the person he fight with.. if he is going to enquire about the lost fighter then how come he will continue believing in fight.. that was utterly logic less... they should have thought a different cause of fight

*SPOILERS* I really don't like this film I love Scott Adkins and Undisputed 2 and 3 were the best films in my opinion. This movie to me fails haven't we see in other kickboxing movies in which a kickboxer takes another life and he mourns for it yes we did. I saw it in Bloodfist II, Desert Kickboxer and I think was also in Deadly Bet with Jeff Wincott. So Boyka kills hiss opponent by accident and he feels remorse so he wants redemption again and he find's out the wife of his opponent is in debt with local mafia in Russia and he decides to fight to set her free. Haven't I see that before the plot yes I did it was in Gladiator 1992 with James Marshall and Deadly Bet in 1991. In Gladiator James Marsahall's dad was owning a mob collectors a lot of money and Tommy (James Marshall) has to fight for money in the boxing ring to set him free. In deadly Bet Jeff Wincott is a gambler in Las Vegas after his last fight he loses his wife, respect and money and then he trains and goes against his opponent to set his wife free. So yea this movie steals ideas and scenes from this movies he stole it from Bloodfist II, Desert Kickboxer, Gladiator (1992) and Deadly Bet. That is why I don't like it cause it is not original. This movie has not the director Isaac Florentine in it from Undisputed II and III who were great absolutely amazing movies, this movie to me fails. Todor Chapkanov is the worst director and I really didn't care about Boyka and his self pitting retarded. The villains were not likable like they were in the last two movies and Scott Adkins didn't you do the same thing when you killed a kickboxer in the tournament oh yes you did in Hard Target 2 why can't you be original?!The only thing i liked in this movie is the good fighting scenes. The music score was terrible, the plot the actors everything fails flat. There was not any good music score in this movie at all like the last two good films had. This movie to me is overrated trash and it is not good in my opinion. Lionheart with Van Damme is much way better movie in my opinion than this crap! Score F 1/10 I don't care about this movie I love 2 and 3 to death I don't like this one.

Breaking the cycle of the franchise in which the antagonist of the last film becomes the protagonist in the sequel, Scott Adkins returns as Boyka for a third time and the second time as the protagonist. This movie starts off right with a fight by Adkins in the ring doing those amazing kicks he does. Than it keeps it up with a seen of the monster that is the antagonist showing us how ripped and devastating that final battle will be. Worse part of the movie or the concept of the movie is that Micheal Jai White got screwed out of continuing the franchise, as his character, George Chambers (Who was played by Ving Rehmes in the first film when it was about boxing) . As much as I loved Adkins I would love to see White do... anything. But this movie acts more like a Spin off to the Undisputed Franchise, with Adkins character doing a second round as the protagonist, this movie also does not take place in a jail cell, but it still contains fighters who belong in jail.Boyka is a man who spent ten years in prison since last we met him In Undisputed III, going up against monsters, making him and even bigger one, so when he gets out he knows nothing but battling monsters and he wants to use this God given Gift as he likes to put it to make money and give it to good causes, but his conscious gets in the way when he beats a man to death in the ring, but he wants to do everything in his power to make it right even if it means putting himself at great risk in another ring of monsters. If you see one movie about fighting you seen them all. Boyka fights for money cause the money will do some good for some people and cure his soul. I seen it before. It reminds me of all the Early Jean Claude Van Damme movies, so it's not a good movie because of the story, it's a good movie because of Scott Adkins. We get to see what a great marshal artist Adkins is. Adkins combine with the slick motion of the camera as it follows him around the ring is what makes this movie very different from Kickboxer and Blood sport, not that they are not really good movies, it's just that Boyka is good too.http://cinemagardens.com

I recommend it for everyone who likes action and martial art movies.-- Pros: 1.Great fight choreograph from Tim Man.2.Spectacular martial art / stunt performances. 3.Fast paced without any boring moment.-- Cons: 1.Weak story.2.Too short... feels a bit rushed, I was expecting for more. 3.Weak character images. (In Undisputed 3, characters have strong and unique images, even the support roles such as Turbo and Gaga are well developed.)-- Conclusion: Undisputed 3 is a lot better in EVERY WAY, but this one is still entertaining and worth watching.
