Sailors and marines are also seen following behind.This film was shot on Shooter's Island, New York, at the Townsend and Downey Ship Building Co., on February 25,1902 in the dead of winter. As you can see it was pretty windy as well. The film is decent at best.5* (10* Rating System)

View MoreAmazingly, for an American film of this period, there is evidence of camera movement, as the cameraman pans to the left to keep Roosevelt and Prince Henry in the frame, then moves back to show the remainder of the procession; and a quite evident cut to show the interesting people at the tail. of the procession and the beret-wearing troops in support.
