Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.

I got suckered into watching this travesty by the cast. This movie made me not want to watch any of the cast in anything else they do. Stereotypes rule in this waste of film. Rather than being a clever satire is was a poorly executed hate film. Portraying people like Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell as such total jerks is little better than mean-spirited name calling. I really expected a modicum of cleverness from the concept but was sadly disappointed. If you haven't seen this yet, please don't waste your time!

It's sad that Jon Voight ad James Woods, two actors who I've always admired in the past, chose to waste their talent and sully their images by appearing in this trashy, obvious garbage. I guess Woods has always been strident with his political viewpoint but what the hell has happened to Voight? Wasn't he fairly Liberal-or at least not so insane? Between the insane accusations that President Obama is a "secret Muslim who hates America"and his appearances in crap that is quite beneath his talent,he has lost my respect. Where have you gone Joe Buck? My wish is that artists just play to their strengths and not to their ideologies.Everyone is

Offensive in some ways, and Historically unfair on Neville Chamberlain, whom I admired for not wanting war, considering the horror the Great War had been, but he is maligned unfairly by many Historians, yet JFK himself stuck up for him in his book. I will admit I am also not certain about some of the Historical claims made in this Film. But it is interesting these days that Hollywood would even bother trying to show a more Conservative point of view, which I think is about time, although I will admit it would have been better had it been in a more serious film. I am prepared to admit that not everything in Hollywood is made by Liberals, but it seems that a fair bit is. Only now are some people moaning about this when one finally gets a film that does not entirely slam Conservative values when no one cares about all the Liberal rubbish we have to sift through that comes out of Hollywood especially. As I admitted, this is not always the case, but if Hollywood does have a Liberal lean, which I know it does, it is their choice, but at least have the decency to admit it - which also goes for those Conservatives also who put their slant on things. To me, this film hit the nail right on the head. What, are Lefties upset about the apparent Right of Centre opinions in here, or even the fact that those who disagree with the Liberal Left should even have one ? Get over it. You may think you can brainwash everybody, but some of us like to think for ourselves. I am not an American, and I have admiration for the good things about both Your major Parties, and do not endorse one or the other, as my views are a bit of a mix. I agree with the idea of Universal Health Care, and if the Rich Right do not want that, then pay your workers a decent wage, and make sure there are jobs for everyone. On the other hand, I do believe in traditional Christian values, and will admit that a lot in this Movie was not Christian, but I do not believe in forcing Christianity on people - it is always meant to be a choice. It just seems that when we Conservatives are genuinely expressing our own ideas, you assume we are deluded, just because we disagree. If you can think for yourself and come to your beliefs that way, fine, but at least have the courtesy to extend that to others who may disagree - I do.

I rarely write reviews, and I almost never vote negatively for films I have seen which were... less than good. But I found myself to be offended at least 10 times by this film in the 25 minutes I was allowed to watch it (my girlfriend made me switch the station during the "college professor" scene). This movie seems to be the ultimate decider as to whether someone is a conservative or a liberal. I consider myself neither. I think both sides have a lot of work to do. But it seems pretty obvious that if you are a conservative, you will like this movie. If you lean to the left, you will hate it, but the most important thing to take away from this film is that it is a perfect insight into the mind of conservatives. And it is intensely unintelligent. I think this movie was awful, but I would recommend that everyone see it. Conservatives: so that you can confirm that which you already believe, and Liberals: so that you can understand, a little more exactly, how strangely these people think. I have lost all respect for everyone who participated in this film. It's a shame, too. I loved Chris Farley as a child, and it's sad to see his brother doing this awfully. Kelsey Grammar used to seem intelligent to me. He no longer does. Leslie Nielson probably had no idea what was going on around him while filming this. I don't even know... I'm just depressed now.Good luck, Brian
